this is new painting based on a really old watercolor sketch I did back in 95 or so about a girl and a fish in love... whatever ;)

It's also unique because it's one of the rare works where my subject is smiling :D

This piece demonstrates and excellent command of your medium. I love the cool colors and the way they constrast with the warm. The brush strokes are done with such vigor yet I don't sense any angsty movement. Very mature style. 9/10

Such a unique subject matter... it's strange but it just seems right! The energetic scribbles and shapes next to the colorful figures look great; you've made the composition come alive by adding those.
